为提高留学生培养质量，奖励我校学习成绩优异、科研能力显著、德智体美劳全面发展的留学生，根据《深圳大运留学基金会2026年资助学生遴选公告》相关要求，结合学部实际情况，特制定此细则。
To enhance the quality of international student education and recognize students with outstanding academic performance, notable research capabilities, and comprehensive development in morality, in-telligence, physical fitness, aesthetics, and labor, these regulations are hereby formulated in accordance with the relevant requirements of the Announcement of Shenzhen Universiade International Scholarship Foun-dation on Selection of Funded Students in 2026 and the specific circum-stances of the School.
一、奖学金名称 / Name of the Scholarship
深圳大运留学奖学金。
Shenzhen Universiade International Scholarship.
二、组织机构 / Organizing Institutions
信息学部成立国际学生奖学金评审委员会，师生参与并监督评定过程，确保评定工作公平、公正、公开。
College of Information Science and Technology has established an International Student Scholarship Evaluation Committee with teachers and students participating and supervising the evaluation process to ensure fairness, impartiality, and openness in the evaluation process.
三、参加深圳大运留学奖学金评比的基本条件 / Basic Eligibility Requirements for the Shenzhen Universiade International Scholarship
（一）校区在读全日制国际学生，年龄在40周岁以下。
Full-time international students enrolled at the university who are aged under 40 years old.
（二）在读期间遵纪守法，勤奋好学，品行端正，没有违反中国法律法规和校规校纪行为记录。
During the study period, the students are law-abiding, hard-working, good conducting, and complying with the Chinese laws and regulations, and the rules and regulations of HITSZ.
（三）学业成绩优异，学习表现获得师生一致认可，2025-2026学年，本科生必修课/研究生学位课成绩良好（原则上本科生必修课75分、研究生学位课77分）以上。
Academic excellence, the recognition of academic performance by professors and students, and good grades in compulsory undergraduate courses/graduate degree courses (principally, 75 for compulsory undergraduate courses and 77 for graduate degree courses) or higher for the academic year of 2025-2026.
（四）具有相应的汉语水平并提供相关证明（英语授课专业可适当放宽条件）。
Have an appropriate level of Chinese language proficiency and provide relevant certificates (Students from English programs may be exempted from submitting certificates).
（五）同等条件下，“一带一路”沿线国家、深圳国际友好城市籍学生，及就读与中国文化、深圳科技产业相关专业的学生优先遴选。
Under the same conditions, students from countries along the "Belt and Road", sister cities of Shenzhen, and students majoring in fields relat-ed to Chinese culture and Shenzhen's science and technology industry are prioritized.
（六）不享受此项奖励的学生情况如下：
1. 获得中国政府奖学金（CSC）资助的学生；
2. 休学、清退流程中、2025-2026学年有处分的学生；
3. 2026学年处于超学制状态的学生（2023、2024 级硕士；2021、2022 级博士）；
4. 曾获得大运留学基金会同项目历年资助的学生
Students not eligible for this award include:
(1) Recipients of the Chinese Government Scholarship (CSC);
(2) Students on leave of absence, in the process of withdrawal, or with disciplinary records in the 2025-2026 academic year;
(3) Students who will exceed the standard study period in the 2025-2026 academic year (2023 and 2024 M.S., 2021 and 2022 Ph.D.);
(4) Students who have previously received funding from Shenzhen Universiade International Scholarship Foundation for the same program in previous years.
四、奖励标准 / Scholarship Amount
奖学金奖励标准如下：
本科在读学生名额每人金额30000元/年；
硕士在读学生名额每人金额35000元/年；
博士在读学生名额每人金额40000元/年。
Scholarship amounts are as follows:
undergraduate students at RMB 30,000 per year;
master’s students at RMB 35,000 per year;
doctoral students at RMB 40,000 per year.
五、申报材料
（一）必交材料：①《境外学生来中国境内留学资助申请表》、②有效身份证件（华裔须提供祖孙三代证明）、③录取通知书、④导师推荐信、⑤学业成绩单、⑥申请项目视频介绍。
Required Materials:①Application Form for Overseas Students to Study in Chinese Mainland;②Valid identity document (Ethnic Chinese must provide proof of three generations of ancestry);③Letter of Admission;④Supervisor’s Recommendation Letter;⑤Academic Transcript;⑥Video Presentation of the Applied Program.
（二）选交材料：⑦汉语水平证明、⑧近三年获奖经历、⑨发表的学术论文（文章）及专利证书。
Optional Materials:⑦Certificate of Chinese proficiency;⑧award-winning experience in the last three years;⑨published academic papers (articles) and issued patent certificates.
六、评选过程
（一）学生申请 / Students Application
4月20日前，学生完成申请，提交材料。
Before April 20, Students complete the application and submit the required materials.
（二）学部初评 / College Evaluation
4月30日前，根据评审细则完成学部初审、公示（3日），并将推荐名单（在分配名额范围内且排序）及申报材料（所有纸质材料和视频）报送至国教中心。
Prior to April 30, complete the preliminary review of the academic department in accordance with the evaluation guidelines and public notice (lasting 3 days) at the faculty level. Then submit the recommended list (within the allocated quota and ranked in order) together with the application materials (all hard-copy documents and videos) to the International Education Center.
（三）校区复评 / HITSZ Evaluation
5月9日前，校区组织复审、公示。
5月11-15日，国教中心组织通过复审的学生完成系统填报及相关材料完善。
Before May 9, the campus shall organize a second review and public announcement.
From May 11 to May 15, the International Education Center shall assist students who have passed the second review in completing online system application and supplementing relevant materials.
（四）深圳市大运留学基金委评 / Guangdong Provincial Evaluation
6月中下旬，深圳市大运留学基金委员会将组织专家组对各高校提名的奖学金拟推荐人员进行评审，经基金会理事会会议，确定资助名单。本年度奖学金的最终结果以深圳市大运留学基金委员会公布结果为准。
In mid-June, Shenzhen Universiade International Scholarship Committee will organize an expert panel to evaluate the scholarship nominees recommended by various universities. The final list of awardees will be determined upon deliberation at the council meeting of the Foundation. The final result of this year's scholarship shall be subject to the announcement released by the Shenzhen Universiade International Scholarship Committee.
