为提高本科留学生培养质量，奖励我校学习成绩优异、科研能力显著、德智体美劳全面发展的本科留学生，根据《广东省政府来粤留学生奖学金管理暂行办法》（粤财教[2014]187号），结合学部实际情况，特制定此细则。
To enhance the quality of undergraduate international student education and recognize students with outstanding academic performance, notable research capabilities, and comprehensive development in morality, intelligence, physical fitness, aesthetics, and labor, these regulations are hereby formulated in accordance with the Interim Measures for the Administration of the Guangdong Government Scholarship for International Students in Guangdong Province (Yuecai Education [2014] No. 187) and the specific circumstances of the School.
一、奖学金名称 / Name of the Scholarship
来粤留学生奖学金。
Scholarship for Guangdong International Students.
二、组织机构 / Organizing Institutions
信息学部成立国际学生奖学金评审委员会，师生参与并监督评定过程，确保评定工作公平、公正、公开。
College of Information Science and Technology has established an International Student Scholarship Evaluation Committee with teachers and students participating and supervising the evaluation process to ensure fairness, impartiality, and openness in the evaluation process.
三、参加来粤留学生奖学金评比的基本条件 / Basic Eligibility Requirements for the Guangdong Government Scholarship for International Students
（一）校区在读全日制国际学生，年龄在40周岁以下。
Full-time international students enrolled at the university who are aged under 40 years old.
（二）在读期间遵纪守法，勤奋好学，品行端正，没有违反中国法律法规和校规校纪行为记录。
During the study period, the students are law-abiding, hard-working, good conducting, and complying with the Chinese laws and regulations, and the rules and regulations of HITSZ.
（三）学业成绩优异，学习表现获得师生一致认可，2024-2025学年，本科生必修课/研究生学位课成绩良好（原则上本科生必修课75分、研究生学位课77分）以上。
Academic excellence, the recognition of academic performance by professors and students, and good grades in compulsory undergraduate courses/graduate degree courses (principally, 75 for compulsory undergraduate courses and 77 for graduate degree courses) or higher for the academic year of 2024-2025.
（四）具有相应的汉语水平并提供相关证明（英语授课专业可适当放宽条件）。
Have an appropriate level of Chinese language proficiency and provide relevant certificates (Students from English programs may be exempted from submitting certificates).
（五）不享受此项奖励的学生情况如下：
1. 获得中国政府奖学金及2025年深圳市大运留学基金资助的学生；
2. 休学、清退流程中、2024-2025学年有处分的学生；
3. 2025-2026学年将超学制（2023硕、2021博）的学生。
Students not eligible for this award include:
(1) Recipients of the Chinese Government Scholarship or the 2025 Shenzhen Universiade International Scholarship;
(2) Students on leave of absence, in the process of withdrawal, or with disciplinary records in the 2024-2025 academic year;
(3) Students who will exceed the standard study period in the 2025-2026 academic year (2023 M.S., 2021 Ph.D.).
四、奖励标准及名额 / Scholarship Amount and Quota
奖学金奖励标准与名额如下：
本科在读学生名额共8人，每人金额10000元/年；
硕士在读学生名额共4人，每人金额20000元/年；
博士在读学生名额共1人，每人金额30000元/年。
Scholarship amounts and quotas are as follows:
8 undergraduate students at RMB 10,000 per year;
4 master’s students at RMB 20,000 per year;
1 doctoral student at RMB 30,000 per year.
五、申报材料
（一）《广东省政府来粤留学生奖学金年度申请表（一）》（附件1），以下简称《申请表（一）》

（二）成绩单（需包含2025春季所有成绩）
Academic Transcript (Original copy, should include all the courses in Spring of 2025)
（三）汉语能力证明（验原件，收复印件；英语授课专业可不提交）
Certificate of Chinese language proficiency (Original certificates will be checked and copies will be collected; Students from English programs may be exempted from submitting certificates)
（四）如有可以证明自己综合能力的文件，如论文、专利、获奖证书等，可在申请时一并提交（验原件，收复印件）。
If you have documents that can prove your comprehensive ability, such as thesis, patent, award certificates, etc., you can submit them together with your application (Original certificates will be checked and copies will be collected).
六、评选过程
（一）学生申请 / Students Application
7月11日至7月17日，符合条件的申请人填写《申请表（一）》1-14项，研究生联系导师、本科生联系班主任填写第15项中的评语及意见，将全部所需材料提交至所在学部评定工作小组。
From July 11 to July 17, applicants (who meet the evaluation criteria) should fill in items 1-14 of the Guangdong Government Outstanding International Student Scholarship Application Form, graduate students should contact their supervisors and undergraduates should contact their class teachers to fill in the comments and opinions in item 15, and submit all the required materials to their school.
（二）学部初评 / College Evaluation
7月18日至7月25日，信息学部国际学生奖学金评定工作组根据申请人的学习成绩和其他综合表现进行评审，评分细则参照附件3，将符合条件的申请者进行排序，公示3日无异议后报国际教育中心。
From July 18 to July 25, each college will set up the student scholarship working group (with no less than 5 members), evaluate the applicants based on their academic performance and other comprehensive performance, refer to Attachment 3 for scoring criteria，rank the eligible applicants, and report the list to the International Education Center after 3 days of public announcement without objection.
（三）校区复评 / HITSZ Evaluation
9月中旬，校区组成评审委员会，进行复评后确定校区拟推荐名单。校区对拟推荐名单公示3日，公示无异议后报送至广东省教育厅。
In mid-September, the university scholarship evaluation committee will conduct the final evaluation. The list of final recommended applicants will be publicly announced for 3 days, and then be submitted to the Department of Education of Guangdong Province.
（四）广东省教育厅评 / Guangdong Provincial Evaluation
10月中旬，广东省教育厅将组织专家组对各高校提名的奖学金拟推荐人员进行评审，经省教育厅与省财厅审核后，最终确定生效。本年度奖学金的最终结果以省教育厅公布结果为准。
In mid-October, the Department of Education of Guangdong Province will organize a committee to review the recommended applicants by the universities, and the final list will take effect after being reviewed by the Department of Education of Guangdong Province and the Department of Finance of Guangdong Province. The final results will be subject to the results announced by the Department of Education of Guangdong Province.
（五）奖金发放 / Disbursement
校区收到广东省的资金拨付后（约11月底），按10个月平均发放给获奖学生。
Once the campus receives the allocation of funds from Guangdong Province (around the end of November), the funds will be evenly disbursed to the recommended applicants over 10 months.
