朱旭,国家级高层次人才,深圳市鹏城学者特聘教授,1999年本科毕业于华中科技大学电子与信息工程系,2003年博士毕业于香港科技大学电机与电子工程系,曾任英国利物浦大学电气与电子工程系终身教职(Reader)和教务长。

已在无线通信领域发表260余篇高水平论文,主持深圳市无线智联网通信重点实验室,获顶级国际会议IEEE Globecom 2019最佳论文奖,入选IEEE车辆技术学会杰出讲师,研究兴趣包括MIMO多天线系统、超可靠低时延通信、绿色通信、信道估计与均衡、资源优化等。在中英两国分别承担3000余万元人民币和175万英镑的科研项目,例如,曾与英国Bluwirless公司合作开发Liverpool 5G测试平台,与华为合作开发大规模MIMO信道估计算法,与国家电网合作开展电力 5G 典型组网方式研究,与深圳泽惠通公司合作开发5G公安特种通讯系统。担任国家重点研发计划项目会评专家、广东省科学技术奖会评专家。担任顶级期刊IEEE TWC编委和IEEE ICC, Globecom, WCNC等顶级会议的论坛主席。

已招收指导21名博士研究生毕业,指导上百名硕士研究生毕业;指导13名博士后。指导的学生2人获得国家优秀自费留学生奖学金,2人获得国家留学基金委公派联合培养博士生项目奖学金,5人以上获得校级优秀毕业生/毕业论文(设计)。

教授的本科“信号与系统”课程获得2021年和2022年全国高校混合式教学设计创新大赛设计之星、广东省本科高校课程思政示范课程、广东省一流本科课程(课程思政)、广东省首批本科高校课程思政优秀案例、广东省本科高校在线教学优秀课程案例、广东省高校教师教学创新大赛三等奖、深圳市思政课改革创新系列优秀成果暨思政“金课”、哈尔滨工业大学教学成果一等奖、哈尔滨工业大学课程思政示范课程、哈尔滨工业大学(深圳)课程思政示范课程、哈尔滨工业大学(深圳)教学创新大赛一等奖、哈尔滨工业大学(深圳)课程思政教学大赛一等奖、哈尔滨工业大学(深圳)教学成果二等奖等成果奖项,主持或参与7项省部级和校级课程建设和课程改革项目,撰写的教学论文获评哈尔滨工业大学贯彻落实习近平总书记贺信精神教育教学成果研讨会优秀论文。获评哈尔滨工业大学先进个人,连续被哈尔滨工业大学(深圳)本科毕业生评选为“我最喜欢的老师”/“我心目中的优秀教师”,曾作为深圳校区十位优秀教师代表之一被深圳商报报道。
